Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. Each item is made-to-order with your chosen color, font, emblem, and personalization — it cannot be resold.

Custom & Personalized Items
All sales are final. Because every Proverb 31 product is custom-made to your specifications — color, font, emblem, and personal name — we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Choosing a different color, font, or emblem after ordering
- Ordering the wrong size or quantity
- Delayed shipping beyond our estimated window
Each item is produced specifically for you from scratch. Unlike off-the-shelf products, a custom Bible cover with your name and chosen emblem can't be restocked or resold. This is standard practice for personalized goods — we appreciate your understanding.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect, we will send a free replacement — no return required. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
- Production errors (wrong name printed, wrong color applied)
- Print quality defects or manufacturing flaws
- Item damaged in transit
Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are delivered instantly via email, never expire, and are non-refundable.

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not yet available.
Order Processing
Each item is personalized and made to order. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, then shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
